30% accommodation deposit requested at the time of booking to secure your dates, with the remaining 70% due 7 days before arrival.

£100 damage deposit requested 7 days before arrival. This will be returned in full or at an agreed amount at the end of your stay after inspection of the property.

Payment is by bank transfer please.

Cancellation policy -

• If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, we will fully refund your deposit

• 30–7 days before arrival: deposit retained, balance not yet due.

• Less than 7 days before arrival: full payment retained.

• We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.
